Your Mission:
As a React / React Native Developer at Eudaimon (part of the Epassi Group), you will contribute to the continuous development of corporate welfare products. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance both mobile and desktop solutions used by thousands of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and maintain Web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
- Drive the full development lifecycle including architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Manage app builds and distribution using Expo EAS for Android and iOS.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and testing strategies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Monitor application performance and optimize for scalability and user experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with React and React Native.
- Proven experience distributing RN apps (Expo EAS preferred).
- Experience deploying React Web applications via AWS.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Proficiency with GitHub workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
